EUROPEAN UNION: our Standard delivery (3-10 working days) is free throughout Europe (except where specified in the item description).
WHERE AND WHEN THE DELIVERY TAKES PLACE
We prepare the goods within 3 working days (weekends and holidays excluded) from receipt of the order except for items that specify a different processing and shipping time on the item description page. Shipping within Europe normally takes a maximum of 7 working days. We remind you that the order preparation time and the shipping time must be added together to understand when the goods could arrive (in the worst case possible 3 + 7 working days).
Delivery takes place, via affiliated couriers or Poste Italiane, directly to the shipping address specified by the User when placing the order. It is also possible to request delivery to an address other than your own, provided that it is included in the shipping area. In the case of shipment of items under 2 Kg. These fall under the legislation of simple mailings (art. 31 of the GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF POSTAL SERVICES) and can be left in home boxes. For other cases, your order can be delivered between 9:00 and 18:30 (weekends and holidays excluded), and the signature of the recipient will be required upon delivery, except for special situations (eg provisions for COVID19). We therefore recommend that you make sure that someone is present at the reference address to collect the package. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice (or passage note) will be left with details to arrange a new delivery.
If on delivery there are any anomalies of the package (such as, for example, tampering and / or damage to the same), we invite you to write them down in the courier's transport document before signing the delivery. If you want to refuse delivery, the anomaly must be reported to Customer Service at the following address email@example.com
In case of absence of the recipient / non-delivery and non-delivery in the home boxes, the courier can leave a notice, which will indicate the contact details to contact to arrange the second delivery, according to the procedures applied by the shipper. If the package remains in storage beyond the maximum term indicated by the courier, it will be returned to the Seller and you will be notified by e-mail of the order cancellation. Within 15 days of the communication you will be granted a refund equal to the total amount paid for the products, net of the costs for unsuccessful shipping (including the costs of returning the Products to the Seller). The refund will be credited to the same payment method used to pay for the order.
